What we do

Three parts, made by three different hands.

Every Pantekton product has the same anatomy. Pantekton does not manufacture, stock or ship anything. It writes the software, publishes the files and keeps the makers together.

The component

An electronic part that already exists and is sold ready: an e-ink tag, a small board, a screen. Anyone can buy it, in any country. We say which one, and we never sell it.

The case

Printed in 3D by a local workshop, from files we publish under an open license. The maker assembles the product, activates it and sells it in the marketplaces of their own country.

The app

Written by us. It is what turns the parts into a product: the phone talks to the component directly, with no account and no cloud. The app is free to try; a one-time activation unlocks the whole of it.

Information at a glance, on an ink screen.

A small e-ink tag that lives on a keychain, a fridge or a desk. Your phone drops the information on it by Bluetooth, and it stays there for weeks on a coin cell: weather, tides, a note, a QR code, the headline of the day. No account. No cloud.

If you run a 3D printing workshop, you can make and sell Pantekton products in your city, with your name on them. No franchise, no fee, no exclusivity.

Get the files

Cases and parts are published as STL and 3MF, free, under a license that allows selling.

Buy the component

We tell you exactly which model and where it is sold in your country, with the rules that apply there.

Print, assemble, activate

Activate the products in batch from the app, so the person who buys from you never pays anything else.

Sell it as yours

In your marketplace, your shop or your neighborhood, with the maker seal next to your name.

A three-thousand-year-old word for a new way of making things.

παντέκτων

pantéktōn · pan-TEK-ton

From the Greek pan, all, and tekton, the craftsman who builds: the root of architect and tectonic. "The builder of everything." The word is attested on the Mycenaean tablets of Pylos, in Linear B, as pa-te-ko-to.

The builder of everything is not one person. It is many hands in many places, each making the part they make best, and one app that fits them together.
